Which courses do we offer in-company?
All the programs we offer can also be delivered in-company, from the APICS courses to Demand Driven workshops and ASCM certificates. We provide training on-site at companies worldwide or online for colleagues from different countries taking a course together. The full course content is available on the course pages.
APICS CPIM – Planning and inventory management
For planners, inventory managers and operations managers in manufacturing.
CPIM covers production planning, material planning and inventory management. Participants learn how these processes interrelate and how they can improve planning and inventory within their organization using S&OP and other means.
APICS CSCP – Supply Chain Management
For supply chain professionals and managers responsible for chain management and collaboration with various parties and departments.
CSCP covers the entire supply chain: from suppliers and production to distribution and customers. Participants learn how processes connect and how collaboration within the chain can be improved.
APICS CLTD – Logistics and distribution
For employees and managers in logistics, transport and warehousing.
CLTD covers transport, storage, distribution and logistics networks. Participants learn how to organize and improve logistics processes.
APICS CTSC – Supply Chain Transformation
For professionals involved in change and improvement initiatives in the supply chain.
CTSC covers how to prepare, execute, and guide change programs. Participants learn how to set up and carry out improvements within an organization, with a focus on operations and supply chain management.
Demand Driven Planner & Leader
This is the program for companies looking to get started with DDMRP (Demand Driven Material Requirements Planning) or DDS&OP. During the course days, we teach planners and managers how to apply the Demand Driven method so they can improve their inventory management.
Afterward, everyone is able to align planning and inventory management more effectively with actual demand using the Demand Driven method.
Other courses
We also offer programs on specific topics within supply chain or operations management. We are happy to help you find a suitable program. These include certificate programs from ASCM, and we also offer tailored programs based on the competencies required.
Why choose in-company training?
Learning together, collaborating better
Colleagues develop a shared understanding of key concepts and expand their knowledge. This makes communication and the implementation of process improvements easier.
Flexible scheduling and location
We align the schedule with your organization. Lessons can take place at your own location, online, or at another suitable location.
Directly applicable in practice
Our instructors combine subject-matter expertise with practical experience. During the lessons, there is room for questions and examples from your own organization. Thanks to the open nature of the lessons, participants can also ask specific questions about application, something regular courses do not have time for.
In-company courses in the Netherlands and internationally
Does your organization have employees at different locations or in multiple countries? You can still organize a shared training program. We already train groups at multiple locations for several clients. Online lessons are also an option for smaller groups.
This allows managers from international branches to take the same APICS course without everyone having to travel to a single location. We adapt the schedule and teaching format to the participants and the options available within the program.

What does an in-company program cost?
The cost depends on the number of participants and the desired study format. We therefore create a proposal that fits your organization. It is important to note that for smaller groups, it can sometimes be more cost-effective to have employees join regular classes.

Personal guidance
From the initial advice to the delivery of the course, you have direct contact with Visie Partners. We advise on the program, the scheduling, and the organization.
How do we organize an in-company program?
1. We discuss your training needs
What knowledge do your employees need? We explore this key question with you and discuss the course you have in mind, the group size, and your practical requirements.
2. You receive a proposal
We advise on a suitable program and create a proposal with the content, schedule, and costs.
3. We deliver the training
An experienced instructor delivers the lessons at an agreed location or online. Participants have the opportunity to ask questions and share practical examples.
4. Completion and certification
Participants complete the training program. For certification programs, they can take the corresponding exam.
In-company, tailored, or a combination?
Not every employee has the same training needs. That is why, in addition to our existing in-company courses, we also offer tailored and combined training programs.
For example, managers and specialists can take an extensive APICS course, while operational staff are trained through shorter, practice-oriented workshops. Everyone develops the knowledge that suits their role.
This can also be done internationally, for example, with a joint online course for managers from different countries and local workshops for operational teams.
Together, we will look at which approach best suits your organization.

Frequently asked questions about in-company courses
How many participants make an in-company course worthwhile?
That depends on the course and your preferred delivery format. We are happy to help you determine which group size and training format suit your organization.
Can we take APICS CPIM or CSCP in-company?
Yes. We deliver CPIM, CSCP, and other APICS courses for groups within a single organization.
Can employees from different countries participate?
Yes. We provide international in-company courses, both on-site and online. Employees from different countries can take an online course together.
Can we adapt the content to our company?
Our existing courses allow room for practical examples from your organization. If you have different learning objectives or topics, we can put together a tailored course or a combination of training formats.
Are the exams included?
That depends on the selected program and the training proposal. We specify in advance which materials and exams are included.
How does this differ from a regular course?

Can participants from multiple companies attend?
Yes. Participants from different companies or business units can attend together. We can invoice each participant's company separately.
